The book comes in a decorative box with an additional, removable etching in a separate folder. Both the box and the folder are covered in dark linen. A fragment of the original etching plates is embedded in each book. A smaller book is inserted into a recess at the bottom of the box. This hand-bound special edition, titled "Lieber Fritz, nimm meine Hand" (Dear Fritz, Take My Hand), contains unpublished verses that Till Lindemann wrote and illustrated himself for his grandson in 2012.
The edition is limited to 99 numbered copies, signed by the author and illustrator.
